Mandela Day 2019 Initiatives
Firstly, we would like to thank everybody who chose Christine Revell Children’s home as a beneficiary. We were so privileged from Monday, 15thJuly to Sunday, 21 July, being visited by various companies, schools, individuals and families. Visitors interacted with the children through play, activities and also provided snacks. Many requested a list of our current needs so we were blessed with food donations, product donations, clothing, small appliances and other essentials. In order to quantify the donations in kind, it amounts close to R 40 000.
Special thanks to all who made Mandela week special for the children, staff and the organisation as a whole.
