Little Simphiwe said his last goodbyes to his friends on Wednesday, 15th July . He is going into fostercare with the family who adopted his older brother when he was a few months old and is now 7 years old.
Simphiwe will be fostered with the intention of adoption but he has been blessed with a family with brothers and sisters.
